anaritaHello everyone, my name is Annarita, I’m Italian and I live in the south of Italy. 

I have been working as Italian teacher for more than 15 years, in Italy, in Japan (where I lived for 9 years), on board cruise ships and online as well. I taught students of various ages, grades, and nationalities. I got a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures (Japanese, English), a master degree in Teaching Italian to Foreigners ITALS 2, and the DITALS 2 certification.

Teaching is not only a job for me, but a great passion. I like talking about Italian language and culture, but also learning from my students. I usually focus on communication using dialogues, articles, videos and songs that express the daily life and the culture, but I can also provide custom courses based on students’ needs, including certification examinations. I am fluent in English and Japanese, and I can understand (and speak a little) French, Brasilian-Portuguese and Spanish.
